Something like the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019 can be used on doors with either left-hand or right-hand side hinges by turning the latch kit upside down. To determine the correct weight springs you will need a scale to determine how much weight is on the door when it lays out on the ground. For an option that can be keyed alike I recommend checking out the Global Link Vise Lock for Cam-Action Door Latch # 295-000024 which will work if your enclosed trailer uses a bar-style handle. To test the weight of your ramp door, you will want to get the door all the way down to the ground and then on a scale of some kind (a bathroom scale can be used for this if it's the only thing available). This will be when the door is at its heaviest point. I spoke with Lippert and they confirmed that SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for 29" to 36" Wide RV Door Frames # LC791575 does not have a quick hinge function, just manual fold down and raise up.

The hinges used on the strut assist models are a bit different than the models without the strut assist so you would unfortunately have to replace your entire step and strut. It appears that your trailer vent has a continuous metal hinge. The best way to find a replacement vent cover is to match both the hinge style and the dome style.
You will first want to measure your vent, not the actual cover on your trailer. Then you will want to make sure the correct size cover uses the same type of hinge as your existing cover.

Thanks for the photo; the hinge type for your vent lid is the continuous kind you mentioned, though there have been many issues with fits (as you found out) when replacing that lid.
